A second essential point in creating a high-quality model is choosing the right materials for each use

We favor an intelligent and proven composition: a resin structure for precision of form, plastic wheels combined with rubber tires for a realistic finish, steel axles for strength, and fragile parts made of photo-etched metal for greater finesse. Transparent vinyl windows ensure a clean and realistic look, while high-definition decal markings complete the ensemble. Each material has been carefully selected to give this GBC 180 model the perfect balance between aesthetics, realism, and durability.

As you can see in this image, when we talk about details, we are also referring to the rivets that hold the plates and reflective strips in place, as well as the fire extinguisher and Desautel logo have not been overlooked, on parts that measure only a few millimeters.

It may seem insignificant, but high-quality tires with a tread pattern that looks like it should be are essential for a high-end final result.
Similarly, steel axles make for a solid and sturdy model that full resin 3D productions cannot offer.
