From a Project to a Solution
Pronal diorama for Eurosatory 2026

It all began with a discussion with Pronal a few months before the Eurosatory 2026 trade show.
The goal was clear: to bring together and showcase the various solutions developed by the company within a particularly limited exhibition space. The challenge was to enable visitors to quickly understand the applications of each product, while offering an attractive, realistic, and easily transportable display.
Thanks to its experience in creating professional scale models and dioramas, Promodels was able to address this challenge by bringing together multiple environments and pieces of equipment in a single display.
From the specifications to the initial implementation

Once the client’s needs have been defined, the project begins with an initial layout on paper.
This step allows us to position the various pieces of equipment, test several configurations, and organize the spaces according to the messages Pronal wishes to convey. Elements can thus be moved, replaced, or resized before production begins.

Even when it seems simple, this initial rendering is essential. Drawing on our experience, we can anticipate the dimensions, perspectives, and final look of the diorama as early as this stage, helping the client better visualize their future presentation tool.
A design tailored to the customer's products

Every project involves in-depth discussions with the client.
Together, we define the scale of the models, the desired level of detail, the products to be highlighted, and the various environments needed to understand them.
Our role is not merely to reproduce equipment in miniature. We must also find the best way to present it so that its functions and benefits are immediately clear.
Promodels supports its clients from the initial planning stages through to the delivery of the diorama. We can also offer various protection and transport solutions, including a secure case tailored to the dimensions of the finished piece.
Creating different usage environments

Les solutions Pronal peuvent être utilisées dans des conditions et des environnements très variés. Le diorama devait donc permettre de représenter plusieurs situations sur une même surface.
FARP (Forward Area Refueling Point)

To demonstrate how certain equipment is used in natural settings, we can recreate a vegetated area with different types of soil and terrain.

Part of the diorama also features an aquatic environment, allowing us to showcase products designed for use in contact with water or near a riverbank.
Each zone thus helps visitors quickly identify the nature and intended use of the various solutions on display.
A variety of skills brought together in a single diorama

Despite the large number of elements depicted, each piece maintains a high level of craftsmanship. The shapes, accessories, connections, and technical details are reproduced with precision to honor the manufacturer’s expertise.
The presence of numerous components in a single diorama should never lead to a compromise in the quality of each individual element.

A project developed in close collaboration

Throughout the manufacturing process, we maintain regular communication with the client to keep them updated on the project’s progress.
Photographs and various approval stages allow the client to gradually visualize the diorama’s construction, confirm the layout, and request any necessary adjustments.
This ongoing collaboration ensures that the final result meets the client’s expectations, both aesthetically and technically.

It was a major challenge: to bring together all the desired solutions and environments within a space measuring just 90 × 60 cm.
A presentation tool designed for trade shows

The final result provides Pronal with a compact, realistic, and immediately understandable representation of its various areas of expertise.
Unveiled at Eurosatory 2026, this diorama allows sales teams to explain the applications of their products without having to transport particularly bulky actual equipment.
More than just a model, it serves as a powerful tool for communication, demonstration, and sales support that can be used anywhere in the world.
