Discover the art of the invisible details that make all the difference
The PPLOG Cobra from every angle

Are invisible details a mark of quality? Absolutely!
At Promodels, we don’t just make models. After showing you our assembled and painted Cobra model, today we’re lifting the veil on what lies behind this quality: the invisible details.
We don’t just print 3D files. We think carefully about the use and purpose of each model. Because a professional model is much more than just an object: it’s a work of art, a working tool, and a mark of quality.
Here’s a small selection of details you might not necessarily see, but which are definitely present in this high-quality model.
Carefully selected materials for each application

We use different resins depending on the mechanical stresses and specific requirements of each component: rigidity, thinness, and durability.
Even components that are virtually invisible once assembled—such as the dashboard or steering wheel—benefit from a high level of detail. Why?
Because quality goes beyond what meets the eye.
Precisely cut glass… and a little something extra

Cutting window panes to the right size is good. Adding joint markings is even better. Because a Promodels model isn’t just about size—it’s about realism.
We incorporate these details to ensure a realistic result that meets the exacting standards of even the most discerning professionals.
Steel axles for wheels that stay on the road

Strength and elegance: a perfect balance
Plastic wheels look nice. Wheels mounted on steel axles are sturdy.
Unlike a 100% 3D-printed approach, our method relies on a combination of techniques and materials.

Why steel? Because a Promodels model has to stand the test of time… and withstand handling.
But it is precisely this kind of standard that sets a standard model apart from a Promodels creation.

Installing a windshield wiper on a 1/48-scale model is a bit like performing surgery on a patient under a microscope. It requires precision, patience, and a good deal of skill.
So, the next time you look at one of our models, remember: what you see is already impressive. What you don’t see is what makes all the difference.
