The PPLOG Cobra from every angle
Are invisible details a mark of quality? Absolutely!
At Promodels, we don’t just make models. After showing you our assembled and painted Cobra model, today we’re lifting the veil on what lies behind this quality: the invisible details.
We don’t just print 3D files. We think carefully about the use and purpose of each model. Because a professional model is much more than just an object: it’s a work of art, a working tool, and a mark of quality.
Here’s a small selection of details you might not necessarily see, but which are definitely present in this high-quality model.
Carefully selected materials for each application

We use different resins based on the mechanical constraints and specific needs of each element: stiffness, fineness, durability.
Even elements that are almost invisible once assembled, such as the dashboard or steering wheel, benefit from a high level of detail. Why?
Because quality does not stop at what is visible.
Precisely cut windows… and a little extra bonus

Cutting windows to the right dimensions is good. Adding joint markings is better. Because a Promodels mockup is not just about size, it’s about realism.
We incorporate these details to ensure a realistic and compliant render with the demands of the most discerning professionals.
Steel axles for wheels that hold the road

Robustness and finesse : a mastered balance
Plastic wheels are pretty. Wheels mounted on steel axles are sturdy.
Unlike a 100% 3D printing approach, our approach relies on a combination of techniques and materials.
Faithful markings down to the smallest details

A model without marking is bland, which is not the case with ours!
Photocut for precision

Why steel? Because a Promodels model must stand the test of time… and handling.
But it is precisely this type of requirement that makes the difference between a standard model and a Promodels realization.
Replicated connections on a smaller scale

Your systems are connected, ours are too!
A precision manual assembly

Placing a windshield wiper at scale 1/48, it’s a bit like operating on a patient under a microscope. It requires precision, patience, and a good dose of skill.
So, the next time you look at one of our models, remember this: what you see is already impressive. What you don’t see is what makes all the difference.
